Every asset in this marketplace is generated by AI and is clearly disclosed as such. Before purchase you can inspect the model, seed and prompt for each piece, and after purchase you receive an embedded provenance record.

We align with the transparency obligations of the EU AI Act and leading global frameworks. AI-generated content is labeled, watermarked in preview, and never presented as an original human artwork. We publish a registered markdown manifest alongside licensed files so downstream use is compliant and auditable.

The Personal License covers web and non-commercial personal projects. The Commercial License covers advertising, social media and client work up to 5,000 prints, attribution-free. The Extended Commercial / Exclusive license removes these limits and transfers exclusivity to you.

Redistribution of the raw file, registration as intellectual property by another party without written consent, and use in contexts that harm the model's or the community's reputation are prohibited across all tiers.

We do not generate in the style of a living artist without their explicit consent, and we reject prompts that name real living creators. Assets are cleared through automated and human moderation against known reference works and voice-styling checks before listing.

If you believe an asset infringes your rights, use the takedown process - we act on valid claims within 72 hours and remove the item from circulation.

Digital assets are non-refundable once downloaded, but we offer a 24-hour full-refund window for any order where you have not yet downloaded the file. Corrupted or unusable files are replaced free of charge at any time.

Exclusive purchases are non-refundable once the asset is delisted, since exclusivity cannot be undone. Contact support from your Poke inbox within the window and we handle it promptly.
